      I need to be able to add additional processing time between orders to record change of mold time, or material cleaning when changing from a particular item to another. I need those to be defined only when changing from item X to item Y or based on IWX Mx User field.

        Hi Boris,

        The backend scheduling engine supports that via a feature we call item families.  You can define attributes on an item level and when two items with matching attributes run back to back on the same machine center the Setup time can be eliminated.  It can also handle the more complicated scenario where the setup time isn’t fully eliminated, but varying amounts are saved based on the matching attributes.

        However, this functionality is not exposed in the current release of the product and it will remain that way for several months yet.  Until that happens our implementation team would be the only people who can assist in setting that up.  If you would like further details please feel free to email support or create a ticket in our support portal.  Details can be found below:
