      I installed Advanced Inventory Count.  I ran the setup wizard. The new icon shows up on the scanner but I cannot access count cards or sheets within BC.  When I go into Insight Works registration, the advanced inventory count shows as “unregistered”  – Did I miss a step to use the trial?

        On the Insight works registration page you need to activate the registration.

        Go to Insight Works Registration page and select Actions –> Enable App Areas.
