      Many of our clients do not want to receive shipment notifications. How can we best implement a selective opt-out process to accommodate their preferences?

        Hi Clay,

        To turn off shipment email notifications for a specific customer, you will need to create a Customer Option for that customer if one has not already been created. Set Contact Override Source to Manual Entry and leave the Email field blank.
