    Hello Steven,

    The default scanning in Counter Sales only supports exact matches on either the item number or related item reference number(s).

    If the barcode scan includes both the item number and variant code you need to use the Insight Works Barcode Rules, this is done by enabling it in the Counter Sales Setup. Go to the Counter Sales Setup page and ensure the Barcode Rules is set to Insight Works (the default is Counter Sales).
