Nathan with Insight Works here. It is not quite clear what is happening for you.

Note that Business Central must be completely installed prior to attempting to install WMS Express. I recommend downloading WMS Express from within the Business Central web client through the Extension Marketplace. This will ensure your browser knows what Business Central environment you want to install WMS Express in.

After installing through the Extension Marketplace, you can run the WMS Express Installation Report to download the software to the Android device, but keep in mind that all the Setup must be complete in Business Central first.
