    Hello, the flow for picking should be.

    1. Select the pick you want to handle

    2. Scan the bin to confirm

    3. Scan the item-then you should see the quantity dialog screen to confirm the picked qty

    4. Post the pick when ready.

    What version of warehouse insight are you using on the device? what version is installed in BC/NAV

    Are you on Prem or Cloud? what version of NAV/BC are you running?

    are you using a scanner or emulator? what type?
