Trying to drag an attachment directly from another application instead of from a file usually indicates either a timing or permission problem on the workstation being unable to prepare the temporary file before DocXtender can use it.

Our recommendation is to first save the attachment to the workstation, then drag & drop the file that was saved into Business Central.
