There have been some recent changes in browser security that affect temp files. Try opening BC in another browser to see if it works there – Chrome and Edge were working the last that I checked. Otherwise you will need to save the file to your local drive before dragging into BC. There should be a fix coming for this in a few weeks once it is approved by Microsoft for AppSource.
