Below is the section of the article that I believe will help you:

By default, a sales order will only be available on your handheld if it has been released. Also, if you are using logins on your handheld, a sales order will only be available if it has been assigned to the logged-in user or if it is unassigned. These settings can be changed in Business Central.

  1. Go to the WMS Express Device Configuration page, and on the Shipping FastTab, change Only Show Released Shipments to “No.”
  2. On the Miscellaneous FastTab, change the following settings to achieve the desired behavior (hover over a setting in Business Central for more information):
    • Show All Documents
    • Assign Document
