    Hi Michael,

    I happens to find out that the issue might be caused by the way memu virtual scanner works. Previous I sizes the scanner slightly bigger than the barcode. But now this sometimes doesn’t work, I need to make it much larger and put the barcode in the center. I’ll test more to be more certain if this is the issue. If not, I’ll try your recommendation for entra.
