Insight Works PrintWeb Printers, Upgrading PrintNode Printers

We currently have installed the PrintNode extension for Business Central (BC) SaaS (22.4.59114.59220):
Insight Works PrintNode Connector v.2.3.8250.2
IWorks Common Insight Works v. 2.11.8588.2
When trying to add (in BC) printers from a new computer, from the option:
Insight Works PrintWeb Printers, Update PrintNode Printers,
, as we have done with other computers before, we cannot update PrintNode printers. The following error comes out:
