Please let me know what version of Warehouse Insight you have installed and in what type of environment?

On some older versions of Warehouse Insight there is a known discrepancy between the virtual keyboard and column resizing. If you re-size the columns, before you finalize your selection by pressing “ok” you have to tap the empty white space on the screen to get the keyboard to drop off the screen. You can then press “okay” and it should preserve your changes.
