    Hello Bruce,

    You can get the Extended Text to display for any Option Choice ‘Type’ by using Text Template Variables. You may be missing additional setup to use this feature.

    Ensure that you have ‘Add Extended Text’ toggled to ‘Yes’ under your Option Choices.

    Ensure that your configured or quoting item has ‘Automatic Ext. Text’ toggled to ‘Yes’. You’ll find this setting under the Item card.
