Why is the drag and drop not working, or NavXtender button not visible?

You are here:
The NavXtender button will only show on Pages/Cards, not the main window or Role Center.
If you are using an unsupported language, the NavXtender config file needs to have translations added. Please see NavXtender Language Support.
If running the NAV RTC as administrator, this will stop NavXtender from working. NAV and NavXtender must run with normal user permissions. (This is security limitation in Windows: [1][2]).
