The License Plate Archive report allows you to archive License Plates based on status (e.g., Unbuild and Shipped). The purpose of the report is to reduce the day-to-day license plate list size to improve performance.

1. Navigate to Archive License Plates in Business Central.
2. Set the following filters, as needed:
   1. Date Filter
   2. Archive Option
   3. Status
   4. No.
   5. Location Code
   6. +Filter (to add additional filters, if needed)
3. Run the report (a prompt informs you of the number of License plates that have been archived).
4. Navigate to Insight Works Archived License Plates to view the list of archived License Plates.
