Use Attach as PDF to Automatically Create a PDF of a Certificate of Analysis and Other Quality Inspection Reports

You can simplify the creation and attachment of PDFs of Certificates of Analysis and other Quality Inspection Reports by using the Attach as PDF feature. Complete the following to use the Attach as PDF feature to automatically create a PDF of a Certificate of Analysis (or other report) and attach it to the Quality Inspection Test:

  1. Navigate to the Quality Inspection Tests in Business Central.
  2. Select Reports / Attach as PDF.
  3. Select one of the following options:
    • Certificate of Analysis
    • Non Conformance Report
    • Inspection Report
    • FAIR Form 3
    • Label

A PDF of that report is created and attached as an attachment.
