The assembly output integration allows you to automatically create a Quality Inspection Test when posting assembly output. 

Setup

The integration relies on a new Posted Assembly Header (as of Quality Inspector 7.21) to Test source configuration. The ASSEMBLYOUTPUTTOTEST configuration is added when you run assisted setup for Quality Inspector. 

On the Quality Inspector Setup page, in the Production FastTab, there is the option to set the default assembly trigger behavior for Test Generation Rules (see new granular Test Generation Rule Trigger setup). 

If there is an active assembly output trigger when assembly output is posted, a new Quality Inspection Test is created.
