Update Warehouse Insight on Business Central SaaS

You are here:
  1. Navigate to Business Central, select , and select Admin Center (Azure Global Admin permissions required).
  2. Navigate to Environments and select the database you need to upgrade.
  3. Select Apps.
  4. Locate “Warehouse Insight Advanced WMS” and ensure it is “Up to Date”.
  5. Select Install update, if needed.
  6. Once the update is complete, refresh the Business Central web client and you will see a notification stating that additional upgrade data is required for Warehouse Insight.

  1. Select Update Data on the notification.
  1. Once the data upgrade is complete, you need to upgrade the Warehouse Insight client on each handheld device. To trigger the automatic update prompt on the device, press ☰ Menu > Reload Config from the Warehouse Insight home screen on the device. A prompt will appear stating that a new version is available. Follow the prompts to update the device.
