Update Warehouse Insight on Business Central SaaS

You are here:
- Navigate to Business Central, select
, and select Admin Center (Azure Global Admin permissions required). - Navigate to Environments and select the database you need to upgrade.
- Select Apps.
- Locate “Warehouse Insight Advanced WMS” and ensure it is “Up to Date”.
- Select Install update, if needed, and apply packages when prompted.
- Navigate to Warehouse Insight Setup and ensure your version has updated to the current version (manually update the version if it is not current).
Note: If you do not update and apply packages, Business Central displays the following message in the ribbon: “Warehouse Insight Advanced WMS: Additional update data required. Update Data.” If the Role Center does not allow the ribbon to show, navigate to Warehouse Insight Setup, and select Action / Update Data.
- Navigate to the Warehouse Insight Installation report and copy and paste the Android APK URL into a new browser tab (downloads Android Warehouse Insight APK).
- Select Upload Latest Android APK from the Warehouse Insight Setup ribbon and select the downloaded file.
- Reload the configuration in Warehouse Insight.
Once reloaded, the app automatically informs the user of the update.
