Insight Works Registration page

The main interface for managing registrations is the Insight Works Registration page, which contains three main sections:

General

The General section contains your account and contact information.

• Account ID: The email associated with your Insight Works registration.
• License ID: Your unique registration identifier.
• Contact Information: Name, email, and phone number that support may use when contacting your organization.

Extensions

The Extensions section lists all registered Insight Works applications and their details.

• Application Name
• Registration Status (Registered and Not Registered)
• Expiry Date
• Status Updated (the date that the registration information was last updated)

Details FactBox

The Details FactBox shows additional information about the selected application such as the number of registered devices, locations, companies, and more.

Request registration updates

To request updates to contact information, registration details, or additional registrations, complete the following:

1. Navigate to the Insight Works Registration page.
2. Select Actions / Request Registration Update.
3. Input the required information in the fields:
   1. Account ID: The email that is or will be associated with your Insight Works registration
   2. Contact Information:
      1. Name
      2. E-Mail (must be valid for communication regarding your license request)
      3. Phone No.
   3. Additional Details: Include additional details that may assist our team with the request (i.e., the customer’s name and/or software invoice number).
4.  Select OK to submit the request.

The Insight Works support team will review your request and respond to the email address you provided. Wait for our confirmation email before attempting to retrieve the registration, as we need to process your request first.

Retrieve registration information

To retrieve the latest registration details for all registered products, complete the following:

1. Navigate to the Insight Works Registration page in Business Central.
2. Select Actions / Retrieve Registration.

The system retrieves the latest registration data for your applications and updates the page.
