New Features

New Feature Description
External document number added The External Document No. field has been added to the header available columns. This value is copied from the Sales Order and Transfer Order documents.
Number of lines fields added New fields have been added to the header columns to display the number of lines associated with the order.
Custom views The worksheet now allows for creation and saving of custom views (filtering and sorting). This feature should be used as a replacement for the base Business Central “Views” feature since those reload the page on selection.

Improvements and Fixes

Improvement or Fix Description
Combine shipments issue fixed Resolve the issue preventing creation of picks with the combine shipments option chosen.
Availability change for partially picked orders Orders that were partially picked but had lines that could not be picked has had their status changed from “Partially Available” to “Not Available”.
Filter notifications A visual indicator has been added to the worksheet page when a custom view or advanced filter has been applied.
Initial available quantity correction The initial available quantity for movements is only checked in Bin Type codes that have been defined.
Split allocation reservation calculation correction When splitting allocation evenly across all orders, the calculation correctly excludes lines that have been fully reserved.
Pick performance improved When picks are generated, the availability calculations are run but the orders are not refreshed, improving overall performance and usability.
Duplicate document numbers will correctly update the status Resolve issue where the Status field was not displayed correctly under certain circumstances when the same document number was used for both sales and transfer orders.

New Features

New Feature Description
Assemble to order support added The worksheet now supports assemble to order lines.
Net and gross weight columns added Net and gross weight columns have been added to the worksheet document header and lines to provide additional information and filtering options.
Advanced filter options A new action to allow advanced filter options has been added. This option allows custom line filters, including by item number.
Global dimensions 1 and 2 columns added The Global Dimension 1 and 2 columns have been added to the worksheet document header and lines to provide additional information and filtering options.
Salesperson column added The Salesperson column has been added to the worksheet document header to provide additional information and filtering options.
Ability to manage line reservations Additional actions have been added to the worksheet to allow auto reserving allocated quantities and managing existing reservations. Available in Business Central 16 and higher.
Launch Setup page Added an action to the worksheet to allow launching the Setup page.

Improvements and Fixes

Improvement or Fix Description
Multiple shipments pick creation fixed When an order has multiple shipments generating picks it creates the picks for all shipments associated with the order.
Line color discrepancy resolved The green lines incorrectly indicating a movement was required has been fixed and now shows the correct color coding.
Batch name remembered The batch name is correctly remembered when the worksheet closes.
Inventory pick drill down corrected The drill down to the inventory picks for an order has been fixed and shows the correct picks.
Additional lines filtered out Drop shipment and special order sales lines are excluded from the results.
Planned shipment date added to job queue report A “planned shipment date” control has been added to the pick generation report to allow for better control via date formulas.
Multi-user collisions resolved The worksheet has moved to use of temporary tables which will resolve most issues resulting from multiple users working simultaneously.
Selected orders default option configuration The default selection option (All Orders, Selected Order) shown when performing various worksheet actions now has a configurable option in the Setup page.
Shipping information conflicts resolved When combining shipments, if there are conflicts in the shipping information, they are blanked out on the combined shipment.
Loading and calculation performance improvements The overall loading and calculation times of the worksheet have been improved.
Allocation status interpretation changed The Allocation Status column has changed the meaning to increase comprehension and bring inline with customer expectations.
Pick generation combines print requests When generating warehouse picks via the worksheet the pick report request will no longer be displayed per pick created but instead only once at the end.

Improvement or Fix Description
Job queue pick generation report filter on The job queue pick generation report now allows for changing the Availability to filter on.
Line quantity required The quantity required for a line now factors out quantities that have been picked but not shipped.
“Picked” status for fully picked but not shipped orders A new availability status of “Picked” has been created for orders that have been fully picked but not shipped.
Selects first record after recalculating/loading orders After recalculating or loading orders the first record is selected.
Blank allocation status Orders that cannot be allocated due to no availability have a blank allocation status.
New setup option: pick creation A new setup option to allow pick creation when the location does not require picks has been added.
Reload Orders action A Reload Orders menu action has been added to allow repopulating/refreshing of the orders.
Creating picks prompt Creating picks, when applicable, displays a prompt asking if shipments should be combined.
Reserved stock assigned to reserve line Reserved stock are factored out of the general availability when performing calculations and assigned strictly to the reserved line.
Order weights and planned shipment dates fields Additional fields added to display the order weights and planned shipment dates.
New print pick instructions option Added an option to print the pick instructions for orders that do not require picks.
Performing page actions prompts record it may apply to Performing page actions, such as Create Shipment(s), Create Pick(s), prompts for which records the action may apply to.

Calculate availability and allocation for sales and transfer orders by location Ability to display all sales and transfer orders in the system based on the selected location and calculate the ability of the system to fulfill them based on the displayed orders in the order they are listed (top-down).
Recalculate availability and allocation for sorted orders Ability to recalculate availability and allocation for sorted sales and transfer orders based on pickable and movable inventory, with either top-down or equal allocation.
Create multiple/combined warehouse shipments and picks Ability to create warehouse shipments and warehouse picks for one or more sales or transfer orders (with auto-creation of warehouse shipments per order, as required).
Create inventory picks Ability to create inventory picks per sales or transfer order.
Send worksheet lines to the standard Pick Worksheet Ability to send selected sales and transfer orders or their warehouse shipments to the Business Central Pick Worksheet (with auto-creation of warehouse shipments per order, as required).
Schedule/automate pick generation and allocation Ability to run the Order Fulfillment Worksheet Pick Automation report that you can use to schedule/automate pick generation for a worksheet batch, with either top-down or equal allocation.

    I have a client that would like Dynamic Ship to send the actual Ship Date from Dynamic Ship back to the Ship Date field in a Business Central Sales Order. Is this possible and could she get a quote for any development fees required?
