Updates

Updates Description
Business Central Updates Implemented the following Business Central updates:

  • Added Document Attachment List FactBox support.
  • Support Power BI FactBox updates.
  • Support Item Availability updates in Business Central.
Updated directed pick and put with manage zero inventory When using manage zero inventory with directed pick and put and no warehouse output handling, it could previously be possible to have bin contents that would need adjustments. With this combination of settings, the bin contents now zero out when using zero inventory with directed pick and put and no warehouse handling.
Updated Equipment Item Card Finished Maintenance Orders action now filters for orders related to the current equipment.
Task Assignments Assignments for closed tasks are not visible in the Equipment Assignment List.
Updated maintenance orders Finishing a corrective order now deletes only assignment lines for the current equipment. The corrective task is deleted only after the last related order is completed.
Automatic output posting Automatic output now only occurs on the final operation, not the first or the intermediate operations. Included in release 1.6.9592.1
Planning Routing Line creation Fields with matching IDs are now copied only when their data types are compatible. Added the OnAfterInitializePlanningRoutingLine event to support additional mapping before the Planning Routing Line is inserted.

Update Description
Corrective maintenance tasks Added a Quick Release action for corrective maintenance tasks, which automatically creates released work orders for all assigned equipment.
Power Automate API Now includes quick release actions for both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Quick release for preventive tasks includes an optional parameter for the equipment assignments to release.
Preventive maintenance tasks Added a Quick Release action for corrective maintenance tasks, which automatically creates released work orders for all selected equipment.
Web service API Added additional bound and unbound actions as web services for use with external system integration such as Power Automate.

Corrective templates Added a new Maintenance Type to help streamline the Maintenance Request process, allowing users to define templates with Routing, Production BOM, Priority Codes, and more.

Corrective Task No. series Added a Corrective Task Nos. field in the Maintenance Setup to help organize Maintenance Tasks. The regular Task Nos. series is used if not defined.
