Refund labels on Dynamic Ship 2.5

Dynamic Ship 2.5 can void and refund unwanted shipping labels from the License Plate List. Void and refund unwanted shipping labels by completing the following instructions.

  1. Open the Insight Works License Plate page.
  2. Open the license plate that you want to refund.
  3. Refund the license plate:
    1. Select Actions.
    2. Select Functions.
    3. Select Refund Label.
    4. Select License Plate, if needed (refunds a single box).
    5. Select Order, if needed (refunds all boxes in shipment).

Refund labels on earlier versions of Dynamic Ship

Void and refund unwanted shipping labels by completing the following instructions.

  1. Log into your EasyPost account.
  2. Navigate to the shipments page (list of shipments opens).
  3. Click details and select Refund on the right-hand side.
