Press Recalculate to recalculate the availability and allocation for the displayed orders. You can filter the orders with regular page filters (or by using Advanced Line Filter) or sort them beforehand to influence the calculations and subsequent availability. Orders are calculated top down.

The Qty. Allocated is set to the combined value of the Qty. Available to Pick and the Qty. Available to Move up to the maximum quantity needed for the line.

Press Reload Orders to refresh order information (such as the addition/deletion/update of orders and order lines, shipment and pick counts) and to recalculate the availability and allocations in the process.
