Printer ID Specifies the ID of the PrintNode printer.
Printer Name Specifies the name of the PrintNode printer.
Printer State Specifies the state of the PrintNode printer.
Default Paper Tray Width (mm) Specifies the width of the default paper tray in millimeters. The default value when the printer is added is based on standard letter size. When the printer is used to print reports of a different size, such as labels, the default paper tray width may need to be adjusted to match the report width. To change the default paper tray width, click on its value to open a dialog page.  When the default paper size is set this, value cannot be changed.
Default Paper Tray Height (mm) Specifies the height of the default paper tray in millimeters. The default value when the printer is added is based on standard letter size. When the printer is used to print reports of a different size, such as labels, the default paper tray height may need to be adjusted to match the report height. To change the default paper tray height, click on its value to open a dialog page. When the default paper size is set, this value cannot be changed.
Default Paper Size Specifies the default paper size of the paper tray for the printer. We recommend you set the default paper size to match the standard paper size of the reports the printer will print. For example:

  • If the printer primarily prints letter size reports, set to the corresponding supported paper size code.
  • If the printer prints label reports, set to the supported paper size code to match the label size.

When you set the default paper size, this sets the default paper tray width and height values to match what is specified by the paper size code.
