The Order Fulfillment Worksheet’s Availability and Allocation Status fields work together to provide information on the state of the order and state of the order’s lines.

Allocation Status is line-level availability that only applies to lines with allocatable quantities; if no lines have inventory  to allocate, the Allocation Status is blank. If any of the allocated lines are partially allocated, the status is Partial. If all lines that have allocation are fully allocated, the status is Full.

The table below describes the state of the order and lines based on the combined Availability and Allocation Status values.

Not Available No lines are available to ship. One or more lines can be partially shipped.

The sales order Shipping Advice is Complete, but the order cannot be shipped complete.

One or more lines can be fully shipped.
No lines can be partially shipped.
Lines with a required quantity and no allocation are present.
The sales order Shipping Advice is Complete, but the order cannot be shipped complete
Partially Available N/A One or more lines can only be partially shipped.
Lines that can be fully shipped may or may not be present.
Lines with a required quantity and no allocation may or may not be present.
One or more lines can be fully shipped.
No lines can be partially shipped.
Lines with a required quantity and no allocation are present.
Available N/A N/A All lines can be fully shipped.

The Partially Available – Move Required and Available – Move Required statuses follow the same rules as Partially Available and Available, but inventory must be moved from non-pickable bins before a pick can be created.
