License Plate Management User Guide

Version Information

To check the current version of the product navigate to Extension Management and scroll to the License Plate Management card.

Create License Plate

You may create license plates to track multiple items at once.

  • Navigate to License Plate List
  • Select +New
  • Enter the desired Location Code
  • Enter the desired Bin (optional)
  • Under Lines, enter the items and their quantity
  • All done! This license plate may now be used in warehousing activities

License Plate Label

License Plate Management is an enhancement for the Warehouse Insight extension by Insight Works. To print the barcodes to be used with the Warehouse Insight extension:

  • Navigate to License Plate List
  • Select the desired License Plate
  • Under Report, select Print Label

    I’ve created license plate templates and printed the barcodes, but the barcodes don’t seem to be scannable. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong.
