Quality Inspection Grades

Quality Inspection Grades represent the states assigned to test lines and tests, such as Incomplete, Pass, and Fail. Grades can be configured for multiple pass/fail outcomes, evaluated in priority order, and used to control whether related inventory, sales, purchasing, transfer, production, assembly, and warehouse transactions are allowed for lot, serial, or package tracked items.

Visible information by default

Grades are displayed in evaluation sequence order. The commonly used fields identify the grade, describe it, define whether it is promoted, categorize it, and determine whether tests and related transactions are allowed.

Actions

Use the list to add, edit, or review grade records. Configure default grade conditions before creating fields and templates when you want those defaults copied forward automatically.
