The MxAPS Schedule Result List page contains a list of the schedule results for any generated schedules. Some high-level performance metrics for each result are listed on this page and in the FactBox.

Beginning on this page, you can access more details on individual results and graph results. You can set a result as active and commit the active results to Business Central to update the starting and ending dates and times on production order routing lines.

Worth noting:

• Multiple sets of results can exist simultaneously.
• Only one result may be “Active” at once.
• The “Active” schedule appears in bold.
• An “Active” schedule can be “Committed” to Business Central, which will update the starting and ending date times on the related Production Order Routing Lines.

Actions:

• Most actions in the “MxAPS Schedule Result List” apply to the selected schedule result
• Actions that contain the word “Active” apply to the active result regardless what result may be currently selected
• “Graph” actions will open the Gantt chart
• Schedule Summary: clicking a “Schedule Result No.”, viewing a selected schedule result, or browsing to “MxAPS Schedule Summary” will show select details on all scheduled operations.
• Operations can be moved to different machine centers here (note you may have to click the pencil icon to make the page editable if you opened it off a search)
• Class, priority, and order sets can also be changed in this view
• Note: browsing to this page from a schedule result will open the active schedule result, not the most recently generated one unless it happens to be set active.
• “Related” button contains MxAPS scheduling result pages
• Order Schedule: Provides the start and end time of each production order line sent for scheduling.
• Machine Load Details: Provides details about every scheduled event on a finite capacity machine center. This is the basis for the Gantt chart and useful for troubleshooting/verification.
• Detailed Operation Schedule: Provides details about each operation that was sent for scheduling. This is typically the data people use for most custom reporting.
• Order Attribute Schedule: Provides information relating to how an operation was ranked. Typically not used.
• Resource Requirements: Provides details relating to all secondary constraint usage and activities
• Routing: Provides a consolidated page with all Prod. Order Routing Lines which is the main table MxAPS is reading for scheduling. This allows faster changing of order sets, many scheduling attributes, and enabling/disabling many heuristics from one screen rather than having to open each production order one by one.
• Note: As with the “MxAPS Schedule Summary” browsing to these pages from a search opens the active result.
