Operation Schedules

The MxAPS Operation Schedules page contains details about every operation included in the current schedule result. If you are interested in detailed reporting regarding late operations and queue times or in generating a dispatch list for work centers or machine centers, this is the table to use.

If you are using lot splitting, there may be multiple entries per operation. The first scheduled lot has a Lot Counter of zero and subsequent lots increase by one.

Production Order No.   Production Order No. Specifies the production order number that is scheduled.
Item No.   Item No. Specifies the Item this production order is for.
Description   Description Specifies the description from the production order line.
Operation No.   Operation No. Specifies the operation number that is scheduled.
Op. Description   Operation Description Specifies the description of the operation that this record applies to.
Lot Counter   Lot Counter Specifies the lot number of the operation that this record applies to.
Complete   Complete Specifies whether the operation is complete.
Work Center No.   Work Center No. Specifies the work center associated with the machine that the operation is scheduled on.
Type   Type Specifies the type of equipment that this operation is scheduled on.
No.   No. Specifies the machine the operation was scheduled on.
Internal Machine   Internal Machine Specifies whether this operation was scheduled on an internal machine.
Starting Date-Time   Starting Date-Time Specifies the start date and time of this lot of the operation.
Ending Date-Time   Ending Date-Time Specifies the finish date and time of this lot of the operation.
Operation Finish Date   Operation Finish Date Specifies the finish date for the operation.
Lot Duration (Hours)   Lot Duration (Hours) Specifies the duration in hours of this lot of the operation.
No. of Scheduled Lots   No. of Scheduled Lots Specifies the actual number of scheduled lots.
Lot Quantity   Lot Quantity Specifies the lot quantity for this lot. When transfer lot scheduling is not enabled, this is the production order line quantity base.
Balance Lot Quantity   Balance Lot Quantity Specifies the remaining lot quantity for this lot.
Prev. Production Order No.   Prev. Production Order No. Specifies the preceding production order that influences this operation.
Prev. Item No.   Prev. Item No. Specifies the item of the preceding production order line that influences this operation.
Prev. Operation No.   Prev. Operation No. Specifies the previous operation that influences this operation.
Previous Type   Previous Type Specifies the type of equipment the previous operation is scheduled on.
Previous No.   Previous No. Specifies the work center or machine center the previous operation is scheduled on.
Early Time Allowed   Early Time Allowed Specifies the number of days before the due date that the production order can finish without violating the just in time heuristic.
Late Time Allowed   Late Time Allowed Specifies the number of days after the due date that the production order can finish without violating the just in time heuristic.
Active   Active Specifies whether this operation was considered to be active (different from in process).
Scheduled   Scheduled Specifies whether this lot of the operation is scheduled.
Locked   Locked Specifies whether the operation is locked on the machine. Locked operations are only allowed to schedule on the machine they are locked on.
Order Set No.   Order Set No. Specifies the order set code that was used to schedule this operation.
Common Routing Link Code   Common Routing Link Code Specifies the common operation code used if an order set was used in scheduling.
Lot Family No.   Lot Family No. Specifies the family code that was used in scheduling this operation.
Moved   Moved Specifies whether the operation has been moved manually.
Moved-To Machine No.   Moved-To Machine No. Specifies the machine that the operation was moved to.
Move Date-Time   Move Date-Time Specifies the date and time for the move. The operation can not be scheduled any earlier than this.
Copy Work Center No.   Copy Work Center No. Specifies the work center from which the times are calculated when an operation is manually moved.
Copy Machine No.   Copy Machine No. Specifies the machine from which the times are calculated when an operation is manually moved.
Start After Date-Time   Start After Date-Time Specifies the earliest start date and time of the operation.
Theoretical Start Date-Time   Theoretical Start Date-Time Specifies the theoretical earliest start date and time of the operation.
Total Queue Time (Hours)   Total Queue Time (Hours) Specifies the total floor time in hours of the lot.
Netted Queue Time (Hours)   Netted Queue Time (Hours) Specifies the netted queue time in hours. All machine downtime between the scheduled and theoretical start times is excluded from the calculation as per the machine shift definition, the plant calendar, and relevant machine/work center blocks.
Net Queue Time Blocks (Hours)   Netted Queue Time in Hours With Blocks Specifies the same as netted queue time except machine/work center blocks are not excluded from the calculated queue time.
Lot Complete   Lot Complete Specifies whether the lot is complete.
User9   User9 Specifies custom attribute 9 of the production order routing line.
User8   User8 Specifies custom attribute 8 of the production order routing line.
User7   User7 Specifies custom attribute 7 of the production order routing line.
User6   User6 Specifies custom attribute 6 of the production order routing line.
User5   User5 Specifies custom attribute 5 of the production order routing line.
User4   User4 Specifies custom attribute 4 of the production order routing line.
User3   User3 Specifies custom attribute 3 of the production order routing line.
User2   User2 Specifies custom attribute 2 of the production order routing line.
User1   User1 Specifies custom attribute 1 of the production order routing line.
Total Queue Time   Total Queue Time Specifies the total floor time of the lot.
Shortcut Dimension 2 Code   Shortcut Dimension 2 Code Specifies the dimension 2 from the production order line.
Shortcut Dimension 1 Code   Shortcut Dimension 1 Code Specifies the dimension 1 from the production order line.
Schedule Result No.   Schedule Result No. Specifies which schedule result this belongs to.
Rank   Rank Specifies the rank of this operation.
Quantity   Quantity Specifies the difference in lot quantity and balance lot quantity.
Prod. Order Status   Prod. Order Status Specifies the status of the scheduled production order.
Prod. Order Line No.   Prod. Order Line No. Specifies the production order line that is scheduled.
Priority   Priority Specifies the priority used in scheduling this operation.
Prev. Prod. Oder Status   Prev. Prod. Oder Status Specifies the status of the preceding production order that influences this operation.
Prev. Prod. Oder Line No.   Prev. Prod. Oder Line No. Specifies the preceding production order line number that influences this operation.
Operation Time Saved   Operation Time Saved Specifies the operation duration saved by using the item or order family.
Netted Queue Time With Blocks   Netted Queue Time With Blocks Specifies the same as netted queue time except machine/work center blocks are not excluded from the calculated queue time.
Netted Queue Time   Netted Queue Time Specifies the netted queue time. All machine downtime between the scheduled and theoretical start times is excluded from the calculation as per the machine shift definition, the plant calendar, and relevant machine/work center blocks.
Lot Duration   Lot Duration Specifies the duration of this lot of the operation.
In Process   In Process Specifies whether the operation is in process. In the current release, this is always read false as only quantity or status updates are applied.
Entry No.   Entry No. Specifies the individual result detail.
Due Date   Due Date Specifies the due date of the production order routing line.
Description 2   Description 2 Specifies the description 2 from the production order line.
Class No.   Class No. Specifies the class code used in scheduling this operation.
