The Order Fulfillment Worksheet displays all sales and transfer orders in the system based on the selected location. The worksheet calculates the ability of the system to fulfill them based on the displayed orders in the order they are listed (top down).

Each order has an Availability status applied to it based on this calculation. The possible statuses are:

  • Picked Created: The order has already been fully added to a pick. The pick quantity is removed from availability prior to calculating order availability. If there are lines/quantities not on the picks, the status is one of the options below.
  • Available: The order can be fully shipped/picked.
  • Available – Move Required: The order can be fully shipped/pick but would first require a warehouse movement to do so.
  • Partially Available: The order can be partially picked/shipped
  • Partially Available – Move Required: The order can be partially picked/shipped but would first require a movement to do so.
  • Not Available: The order cannot be picked/shipped at all (either missing the required quantities or because of the Shipping Advice is set to Complete).

Any changes made to the orders (e.g., filtering, changing allocation quantities, sorting, etc.) do not impact or change the Availability status. To recalculate the availability, use the Recalculate or Split Allocation actions.
