Install and Uninstall PrintNode Connector

PrintNode Connector is a complementary add-on for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Installing and uninstalling the extension is a simple, no-fee process from Microsoft’s AppSource page.

Install PrintNode Connector

Note: Only the administrator can check the status of, install, and manage extensions.
  1. Navigate to Microsoft’s AppSource page.
  2. Select the Search icon, input “PrintNode Connector,” and hit Enter.
  3. Select PrintNode Connector (page opens).
  4. Select GET IT NOW and input the required information.
  5. Select the consent checkbox and click Continue (page redirects).
  6. Select the required environment and click Install.
  7. Follow installation instructions and prompts (installs).
Before the add-on can be used in Business Central, you must first register an account with PrintNode, download and install the client, and create an API key. See Configure PrintNode Connector.

Uninstall PrintNode Connector

Note: Only the administrator can check the status of, install, and manage extensions.
  1. Navigate to the Business Central’s Extension Management page.
  2. Select the icon next to “PrintNode Connector.”
  3. Select Manage and select Uninstall (Extension Uninstallation opens).
  4. Select Uninstall (uninstalls).
  5. Uninstall iWorks Common (optional):
    1. Select the  icon next to “iWorks Common.”
    2. Select Manage and select Uninstall (Extension Uninstallation opens).
    3. Select Uninstall (uninstalls).
Note: The iWorks Common extension is a library used by all Insight Works’ products. It should only be uninstalled when there are no remaining Insight Works’ extensions.
