In the Business Central role-tailored client, you can find the Dynamic Ship menus on the Dynamic Ship Department page. In the Business Central web client, you can switch to the Shipping and Receiving – Warehouse Management System role to see the Dynamic Ship menus. You can use the Dynamic Ship functions under other roles, but you need to search for each screen you want to use.

To access Dynamic Ship functions, complete the following:

1. Set users up with the following permissions:
   • DSHIP USER
   • IWORKS COMMON
   • LPM ALL
   • IWX REG REGISTRATION
2. Grant users requiring access to Dynamic Ship setup the DSHIP-ADMIN permission.
3. Add each user to the Insight Works Users and Warehouse Users.
4. Enable the Manage License Plates.
