I have installed DocXtender & added permissions, but the Flow to Purch. Trx toggle is greyed out. Is this a permission issue?

DocXtender is just a drag & drop interface for attachments, it does not manage attachments or flow functions. What you are describing is a base Business Central function (or some other addon app), so you would need to check with Microsoft or the addon provider.

We had to play around with the SharePoint configuration a bit to get it to work the way we wanted.

    1. Mappings to DocXtender Setup SharePoint fields from SharePoint url

    https://your.sharepoint.com/sites/DMSDocXtender/Shared Documents/ClientName/plus/more/if/you/need/them
    | | | | | |
    ———————————- —————————- ——————–
    |-> SharePoint Host |-> SharePoint Site |-> SharePoint Folder
    your.sharepoint.com DMSDocXtender ClientName

    2. The Documents folder in the main SharePoint site or any other site ends up being Shared Documents in the generated url
    3. Any file path(s) specified in the SharePoint Folder will be generated, always as sub folder(s) under the Documents folder
    4. After attaching files, if you click the vertical ellipses and select edit
    a. Text files and PDFs will display the path specified in the SharePoint configuration
    https://your.sharepoint.com/sites/DMSDocXtender/Shared%20Documents/ClientName/Item/1000/DocXtender%20Test.txt

    b. All other files (including Csvs) will display a different path although the files will be in the proper place in SharePoint
    https://your.sharepoint.com/sites/DMSDocXtender/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc=%7BC2D30022-F8E9-4D5A-994D-3FF1FD04C8CB%7D&file=DocXtender%20Test%20Upload.docx&action=default&mobileredirect=true
