Complete the following steps below to display service order allocations that allow changes:

1. Start Graphical Scheduler in Business Central.
2. Select View.
3. Select +New.
4. Enter a name and description (e.g., “SERVICEORDERALLOC” and “Service order allocations”).
5. Select Add a Data Source.
6. Select Anything (any custom table).
7. ​Locate the What Is It group / Table No.
8. Input “59650” (or use the … (Assist Edit) button to find “Service Order Allocation”).
9. Select the … (Assist Edit) button and select “Document No.” in the Document No. Field.
10. Locate the When Is It section / Starting Date-Time field.
11. Select the … (Assist Edit) button and select “Allocation Date”.
12. Locate the Where Is It section / Show In field.
13. Select the … (Assist Edit) button and select “Miscellaneous”.
14. Select “Resource No.” in the Capacity No. field.
15. Allow dragging and dropping if desired.
16. Allow view to be write-able and allow changing the resource (optional):
    1. Locate the Writing Changes (general) section / Allowing Changes field / set to “Allow Writes”.
    2. Locate the What Order to Change Fields When Writing section and add the Capacity No. field, which maps to “Resource No.” (allows changing the resource but not the date).
    3. Add the Starting Date-Time field (allows changing the allocation date).
17. Return to the main view screen and remove the data source for production order routing lines (added automatically).

You can now see resources on the left-hand side and service order allocations plotted in the middle.
