Customize the Columns on Your Android Handheld

By default, a limited number of columns are visible on your handheld when looking at a document list or working in a document. If you are using an Android handheld you can show additional columns or hide columns that you don’t want to see. You can also reorder columns and change their width.

The following describes how to customize the columns on your Android handheld.

  1. On the screen you want to customize, tap and hold the column header row.
  2. A prompt will appear, select Choose Columns.
  3. A list of available columns will be displayed.
  4. To show or hide a column, select the column and turn the Visible toggle on or off.
  5. To adjust the column order, select the column and use the blue arrows on the right side of the screen to move it up or down the list.
  6. To change the width of a column, select the column and enter the desired width in pixels.
  7. Once you are finished, select OK.
