You can simplify the creation and attachment of PDFs of Certificates of Analysis and other Quality Inspection Reports by having PDFs automatically created with a test finishes. Complete the following to automatically create PDFs when a test finishes:

1. Navigate to Workflows in Business Central.
2. Create a new Workflow, and give it a suitable:
   • Code
   • Description
   • Category
3.  Select “A Quality Inspection Test is finished” in the When Event field.
4. Select “Create attachment” in the Then Response field.
5. Locate the Options for the Selected Response section and set the Report to Create field to your preferred report.
6. Select OK.
7. Enable the workflow.
8. Navigate to a Quality Inspection Test and finish a test (a PDF is created and automatically attached to the test).
