Clean Up Tenant Media in Business Central

Business Central tenant media can build up over time. To review and clean tenant media, you can use the Business Central Detached Media Cleanup page. Complete the following to remove this media:

  1. Navigate to Data Administration in Business Central.
  2. Select More Options if needed.
  3. Select Actions / Data Cleanup / Miscellaneous / Delete Detached media…
  4. Delete detached media without reviewing:
    1. Select Actions / Schedule cleanup task.
    2. Select Yes.
