Barcode Generator makes it possible to add linear (Code39 & Code128) or 2D (Data Matrix & QR Code) barcodes to reports in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, seamlessly integrating with existing hardware and third-party applications.

While Barcode Generator is intended as a developer tool there are a number of reports included that may be used immediately. Use cases are setting them in report selections, searching for them manually, or calling them in an extension.

After choosing “Free Trial” in AppSource, the Barcode Generator extension will be installed in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. No further action is required.

The main purpose of this extension is to provide a tool to developers that have a requirement to add barcodes to their own or their client’s reports.
