Attach Files to PDF Non-Conformance Reports in Quality Inspector

In Business Central 27 and newer, you can include files attached to the Quality Inspection Test in the PDF output for Non-Conformance Reports.

Prerequisites

  • A Quality Inspection Test with one or more attachments

Steps

  1. Navigate to the Quality Inspection Test in Business Central.
  2. Select Reports / Non-Conformance Report.
  3. Enable Include Attachments.
  4. Select Send to… / PDF Document, then select OK.
  1. Open the resulting PDF document in a PDF viewer with an attachments side panel (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader).
  2. Open the attachments side panel to view the included files.
