      Hello,

      Having an issue with the Insight Warehouse app. I have a couple of barcodes, which I use a device to scan.

      During the ‘Receive’ process, when I am trying to scan a barcode to identify the Lot No for Item Tracking, I get the following error.

      Error (v2.4.7684.2)

      ⌧, hexadecimal value 0x1D, is an invalid character. Line 1, position 2337.

      One of the characters in the scanned value is a  ⌧ character or a ‘Box with a cross’. Is there a way to handle this character in such a way that the error does not appear and completely halts the receiving process.
      Note that the barcode is a GS1 barcode.

        Hello Hussain,

        It sounds like your GS1 barcode rules have not been setup to handle your GS1 barcodes.

        If you are using Warehouse Insight and require any support on setting these up, I would recommend sending a request to support@dmsiworks.com and we can arrange to have someone help you with this.
