      Hello,

      I am having scan issues with the Warehouse Insight app, but only on 1 of our many devices.  This 1 tablet in particular scans a bar code/ QR code just fine, but it doesn’t automatically trigger the next step of sequence.

      For example: on the Item Inquiry screen, we scan a Lot Tag bar code, the tablet does nothing (while other tablets will pull up the info for that Item/Lot combo.)

      Trying to do an Ad Hoc Move, we scan the bin bar code, nothing happens.  We can manually type it in and it works.  But scanning is not working.

      I uninstalled and reinstalled the App, and matched the configurations with a device that is working but I am getting the same results.

      Is there anything else I can check?

        Hello Brian,

        It is likely a configuration setting on the device itself. Please provide your email address to book a session to review the configuration of the scanning as well as your availability over the next few days.
