      Can someone help me with my problem. My customer has an integrator account and created a few child accounts. The child accounts cannot print if my integrator account is not online + the printers of the integrator account are on status “inactive”. Someone who can help me please? Thank you.

        For assistance with inactive printers, they will need to contact support@printnode.com directly as we do not manage their PrintNode account. They may want to look at running PrintNode as a service instead of as an app. Once all of the printers are on-line, you can refresh the printer list in Business Central using the following instructions:
