      Hello,

      I have one user who seems to have issues with either the Item Inquiry or Bin Inquiry based on which scan gun he is logged into. Other users are able to use the same scan guns without issues. When he gets into the inquiry menu’s, they just show gray and never allow you to actually see the data in the screens. I confirmed that using the same configuration my user is able to do both inquiries.

      I tried granting additional BC permissions, and I tried installing the latest APK version available without any luck.

      Has anyone experienced this before?

        We have this same problem. InsightWorks do you have some kind of answer as to why this is happening? Would love some insight!

        This was an isolated problem at first but has now become a huge issue more and more accounts and guns are impacted.

          Hello,

          Try going into that specific user’s device configuration and checking to make sure the setting Cache Data is turned off.

          From the Main Menu in Warehouse Insight, select the menu button in the top left. Then select Configure (default password is 1234) and select the menu button again.

          From here select Data, and then Clear Cache and Clear Profile. You can now return to the Main Menu.

              Terri,

              We already had the Cache Data Set to Off.

              Clearing the cache on the device and the profile cache solved it for this user/handheld. Won’t have access to the other devices until tomorrow. I’ll let you know how that goes as well.
